TLPP (Texas Legal Protection Plan) - Austin TLPP Bankruptcy Lawyer - Retired
The Texas Legal Protection Plan is a nonprofit legal benefit program open to any Texan.
The Texas Legal Protection Plan is the largest, oldest and most comprehensive legal benefit program in the State and the only program created and governed by the State Bar of Texas. For a very small monthly payment, most State employees and a large number of city and county employees are given the opportunity to participate in TLPP.
The law firm of M. Linda Rushing, PC, is one of the few Austin Bankruptcy attorneys who participate in the TLPP program. It is not entirely free: there are some out of pocket expenses, such as filing fees ($306 for a bankruptcy) and other nominal costs (cost of a credit report); but the attorney's fees are paid by TLPP.
If you are a TLPP member, Linda Rushing promises that your bankruptcy case will not lie in a pile on her desk while other cases are filed before yours. Actually, Linda gives TLPP clients a top priority in her office! Initial consultations are free. So, call her today.
